ADSS cable is laid overhead using majorly three sets of installation accessories as below:

• Suspension Set/Pass thru Assembly- This is used on poles where all poles are in a straight line.
• Dead End Set – Used where cable routing is changed.
• Terminating Set – Used where cable terminates in Termination Box.

Suspension Set/Pass Thru Assembly consists of following:

• 1 J Hook – Cable is supported by J Hook and protects cable from breaking due to winds etc.
• 2 Nos. of Steel Straps- used of tying J hook to the pole.
• 2 Nos. of buckles – Used for locking steel straps to the poles.
• 1 Set protective Helix – It’s protects outer jacket of cable from getting damaged by J hook.

Dead End Set consists of following:

• 1 No. of Universal Pole clamp – Used for installation of Turn Buckle, Jumper Cable Clamp with twisted eye link and Turn Buckle.
  • Two Steel Straps- Used for installing Universal Pole clamp
  • Two Buckles- Used for tightening steel strap to the pole.
• 2 Nos. of Turn Buckle – Helps in changing direction of cable routing.
• 2 Nos. of Thimble – It helps in making the loop of fibre cable.
• 1 No. of Jumper Cable Clamp with twisted eye link- It supports loop of fibre cable.
• 2 Nos. of Terminating Helix – It protects protective helix from bending.
• 2 Nos. of Protective Helix – It protects outer jacket of fibre cable.

Terminating Set consists of following:

• 1 Nos. of Turn Buckle- Helps in changing direction of cable routing
• 1 Nos. of Thimble - 
• 1 No. of Universal Pole clamp
  • Two steel straps
  • Two Buckles
• 1 No. of Jumper Cable Clamp with twisted eye link
• 1 Nos. of Terminating Helix
• 1 Nos. of Protective Helix
